Onshore Cementing Systems
At Gulfstream Services Inc., we understand the importance of having reliable onshore cementing systems and onshore cement equipment rentals. That's why we've developed our RCH (rotating cement head) line to meet the demanding needs of the industry.
Our RCH line is specifically designed to drop plugs, darts, or balls of any type or length during cementing or circulating applications. With the ability to reciprocate and rotate string weights up to 3 million pounds, you can trust that our equipment will do the job efficiently and effectively.
One of the key features of our RCH line is its modular design. This allows us to configure it with a swivel, pump-in-sub, or stand-alone cement head, depending on your specific application and needs. Our team of experts will work closely with you to determine the best configuration for your project.
We're proud to say that our RCH Top Drive Cement Heads have been successfully deployed on over 3,500 jobs worldwide. This speaks to the quality and reliability of our equipment and our customers' trust in us.
If you're looking for surface cementing head rental and onshore cementing systems, look no further than Gulfstream Services Inc. Contact us today to learn more about our equipment and how we can help you with your next project.
Cement Head System Features, Advantages and Benefits
- Wireless remote capability with all cement heads. Includes manual backup.
- Limits personnel in the derrick.
- No Line of Sight for Wireless Remote System.
- Manual operations performed with a standard Kelly valve wrench
- Only requires 1/4 turns (90°) to launch objects for an "immediate release".
- Ability to rotate and reciprocate simultaneously.
- Modular design allows an infinite number of objects to be loaded/launched. Limited by derrick height.
- Multiple runs can be made without redressing.
- Can be loaded or re-loaded at the rig or in the derrick.
GSI holds patents on our Cement Head System and other systems.
The GSI RCH System maintains a DNV Type certification.
The GSI Cement Head System has undergone T.H. Hill Design Review and Finite Element Analysis.
