Offline cementing operations provide a number of benefits in today’s complex, multi-well unconventional environment.
- Removes the cementing process, vendors, and equipment from the critical path of the Drilling Rig, reducing the risk of NPT & cement-driven logistic delays on location.
- Allows the Drilling Rig vendor to spend their billable days drilling wells, not cementing casing
- Simultaneous cement and drilling operations on multi-well pads improves per-rig drilling efficiency and lowers total well cost.
The GSI offline cementing support system is fully customizable to your unique specifications with any combination of the following components:

- 2” or 3” Chiksan® iron return lines
